1. HACCP Certification – Al Hana Trading LLC (UAE)
Certified by Prime Certification & Inspection LLC, our Food Safety Management System complies with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements as per CAC/RCP 1-1969.
Scope: Receiving, storage, and distribution of chocolate products.
This certification ensures our products are handled, stored, and distributed under the highest safety and hygiene standards.
2. ISO 22000:2018 Certification – Al Sham Chocolate Manufacturing (UAE)
Our sister company, Al Sham Chocolate Manufacturing, is ISO 22000:2018 certified for its Food Safety Management System, confirming full compliance with international standards for food production and quality control.
Scope: Production of real and compound chocolate (plain and filled products).
3. Halal Certification – Al Sham Chocolate Manufacturing (UAE)
Certified under UAE.S 2055-1:2015 (General Requirements for Halal Food), ensuring that all chocolate products are manufactured in accordance with Islamic dietary laws.
Scope: Production of real and compound chocolate (plain and with filling).
4. U.S. FDA Registration – Al Hana Trading LLC (UAE)
Registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under registration number 128698983874, confirming compliance with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act.
This registration enables our products to meet U.S. import and safety requirements, reaffirming our dedication to international trade standards.
